How to get : Rarely found as loot from Necromancers or Conjurers. It is missing the skull mark on it though, staying true to the darker theme while not being too edgy. How to get : Can be pick-pocketed by a few NPCs see list on the wiki. The first lighter theme robe set on this list, hooded monk robes are unenchanted but offer a brighter appearance compared to previous entries. They are quite rare, making them difficult to get ahold of. If you really want them though, going out of your way to obtain them is highly recommended!
Of course, we all like to switch schools of magic in combat. Edit: I'm not sure Mr. Fong, I haven't done it myself yet, but I know two other mages who have. When they spew their fire onto me, what will I do? My health will pretty much go down to nil in 2 seconds. I must have missed something in your post  Dragons never give me much trouble, aside from taking forever to land. Conjuration is useful no matter what you do. I can say that, as a master conjurer, having two Dremora Lords in full daedric armor wielding flaming daedric greatswords is fantastic.
Not to mention that you can also summon some very powerful weapons, without the weight of carrying anything around. You'd be just as toast in daedric armor as in rags. That said, the minions can do an astounding job of drawing fire, depending on the minion. I'm assuming you'd start this process with Alchemy skill at and Enchanting at 1.
If you don't already know the Fortify Alchemy enchant, find an item that has it and disenchant it. This one will be stronger than the first. Sabre Cat Tooth, Spriggan Sap Combined with Items chest, neck, hands, ring with the Fortify Smithing Enchant on them, will result in making some pretty good gear and, assuming you've got the right smithing perks, improving it a LOT better.

Enchanting only works on unenchanted items. Im pretty sure there's a mod for unechanted robes. Im not sure. Originally posted by Artrysa :. Just re-read the OP and realized there's one catch in this, you'd have to find something that looks like Apprentice robes that is not enchanted.
Methinks that this could be a problem. If something already has an enchant I don't believe you can enchant it again. You may give this a try.
