What is the difference between bikram and moksha

How am I interacting with my children? How am I approaching this yoga pose? And it feels good when I try to make it really authentic and honest without getting stuck in the seriousness of it.

I want to laugh and I want to have joy and I want to teach my kids how to play with this awareness. I remember when I made the switch from Bikram to Moksha, and mirrored all those differences you so nicely articulated.

Also, Bikram studios used to enforce that they all had carpet which made for a rank, bacteria-ridden stench. I suppose they can turn up the heat to whatever suits them…. I totally agree with the article except for the heat at Moksha.

It was the same heat as at Bikram at least where I live. I tried Moksha first, one month unlimited…I went 3 times a week…. I loved it, I was sweaty, I felt relaxed before, during and afterwards.

Then, to be fair I bought a one month unlimited pass to Bikram. At Bikram I felt stressed, I did not feel good afterwards. During Bikram it felt like bootcamp, the constant loud voice from the teacher, doing the same poses each day in the same order became boring to me.
